Who can make this Doctor Who better?

Hey all,

I got this today off of Entertainment Earth for my nephew:

but while the face works, the suit is horrible. I'd really like to hite someone to make a costume that is more like this:

Well the first problem is Matt Smith's body is not the same as a Mego body. This body is based on the Mego Type 2 which is more muscular because it was mainly used for super-heroes. Smith is pretty thin and lanky himself. Maybe if you swapped out for a Type 1 Mego body which is less muscular it might help. Tho the wrist joints are not as subtle as Type 2.

You also don't need a new suit but if someone could open the seams carefully on parts of the costume and re-sew it together for a tighter fit it would probably look better. But the tighter the costume is sewn the more you restrict posability. There are is a lot of give and take in making changes.

Go with a smaller body. Take that suit, turn it inside out, and sew the seams in where the suit needs to be smaller. Turn it right side out, test fit to figure. If it's good, then you can trim off the extra fabric so the fit is tighter.
