Guess the head

After ten years my buddy Sean and I are doing some Mego figures again. Pretty excited to be doing oddball characters for our own amusement and also pursue some licenses.

This is the first of what I hope of many figures. Just curious if anybody knew who it was. First person to answer it correctly gets some Museum cards and my admiration.

Perhaps my man Pygar? But that's a guess as I can see the actor I'm thinking of but drawing a total blank on the film/show.

It's not Paul Foster, more UFO in January. Won't be Paul Foster then either.
