Mego scale Audrey II, the plant from Little Shop of Horrors

While helping his uncle clean out and pack for an upcoming move, my husband was given this little candy dispenser. A quick Google search says it was made by Topps, and this page has a picture of the unopened toy as well as the candy that came with it: http://www.poeghostal.com/2012/04/qu...f-horrors.html
It's just about the right size to customize a Mego Seymore Krelborn and reenact the scene where he goes to the radio station. Now the question is, has anyone made a Rick Moranis head in this scale, or is there a figure that has a head in about the right size? I could even use a Lion Rock size base, so he'd be a little shorter than the Audrey(Ellen Greene) that I'd need to make as well.

No, it was made by Topps. The link I posted shows it with a wrapper that says Little Shop of Horrors right on it.
