    Mego Gene custom dragon boot

I come across this image a couple of weeks ago and been scratching my head ever since. I thought the custom dragon boot looks awesome, and would love to try to make a pair of custom boots like those myself. I was wondering if someone here ever done such thing. I have no clues as to what material was used to make them but I think I can start with some carved cast as a model boot. Perhaps someone in here done a thing like this before?

You all have a good Thursday!

    CtVT did for 8" already.

Those are nice, although they don't look as cool and realistic as the one from the picture above. Would be nice if they make replacements for the 12" line though.

Nice custom!!! I really like those. Blows FTC out of the water. Great work! It helps too that you're using an authentic Mego Gene. He looks great. It would be cool if you could make the reflective block leggins that attach to the boots. Looking good though!

Epoxy putty over an original would probably work. It'd work better if you had a repro.

Something like this wouldn't be too hard to do, but it would be time consuming.

Well, because of the gray color it seems to be some sort of epoxy.
Time consuming, yeah, but you got to admit it looks better than good as it is.
