Black Manta head size proportion correction.

I need help with insight here fellas. When Mattel made the Black Manta figure (on right) I was a little stoked but disappointed when I saw how impossible it would be for a mego scaled human head to fit into the helmet. So I got my hands on a custom Black Manta head (no clue who made it) and touched it up with a thicker neck. It is wider in the back and the eyes are much better. I am at a toss if I am going to take the gear off the Mattel figure and attach it to the custom one on the left. What do you think? Use your imagination and picture the air houses and suit on the one on the left.

My opinion would be that it would be an easy solution and would look fine.
