        NO WAY CHRIS!!!
You are the first Mego customizer that I ever knew!!! I couldn't believe the awesome stuff you were doing 10 years ago, when you were buying Mego bodies from me on Ebay.
I still have a huge bag of biceps because you were making your own swivels, and didn't want them.
        You're the best!!!

Sad news indeed... I hope you change your mind and continue. But if not? Know that you will be sorely missed. You are an inspiration to me personally, and I know I am not alone in that.

Sorry to hear this, but I totally understand. Hope it's just a sabbatical and not permanent. Your Deadpool figure is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I'd hate to see that much talent call it quits forever.

Good luck to you, Chris. I've seen your work and it's just awesome! I really hope you'll come back to it one day.

No way man! C'mon! You are too damn good to throw in the towel! Believe me, I understand the temptation to pack it all in...I've been there myself several times. But just remember that this hobby is supposed to be fun! Take some time off, and find a way to make it fun again.

I hope you'll reconsider. You are far too talented to waste that God-given gift!

No No No....I go on vacation and come back to this!!!!! I know from talking to you that the statement you made about being done was out of pure haste to a situation that was of great concern that I think your response at the time was justified. I don't think its anybody's business why you said what you said except for it was a matter that had to be addressed and I think you done a great job at working it out!!! So if you could please put all your fans minds at ease and please let them know that Captain Mego is alive and well and we should be seeing some stuff real soon!!!!

Sometimes we get in a rut and as artists we need to recreate our selves. Love your stuff and wish you the best in whatever direction you go. Taking a break is a good thing no telling where it will lead you.

Thanks for all the kind words. I appreciate it. I spoke out of frustration and shouldn't have. I am sorry for that. I truly love this art , this place and all the great people here.
I worked on a project for comic book company for many months only to see it caned. I was just heart broken to see all the hard work go down the tubes. But in the comic world I guess this is a reality.
But as a artist you fall in love with the characters as you work on them and really want to see them do well. I was just bummed out to see the project canceled. sorry for the drama.
I guess I let my passion for this art get the best of me sometimes. I apologize. thanks guys

No need to apologize Chris. Many of us have been there, including me. I've had several comic projects that never saw the light of day. It's a tough business, and it happens. That doesn't make it any easier on a personal basis, because it does indeed suck to put so much work into something and have it go nowhere. But take solace in the fact you are not alone. And with your talent, more opportunities will be sure to come!
