Need some material to complete an Iron Man Silver Centurion custom

I am looking for material to use for the shoulder pieces for an Iron Man Silver Centurion custom as seen below.




Think a red version of the material used for this custom Firestorm would work well. It's a plastic type of material.

Anybody have any or have a suggestion where I can find some? I only need enough for one custom.

Would cutting the tops off of standard hero boots work?

I've got you covered I think. I have a red shiny version of that somwhere. I'll drop it in the CD package I'll be sending soon. I think you can layer it together to get the exact effect as in the picture, and there's anough to do it. If it's not exactly what you need you can probably find another use for it.

So how did it work out Austin? I was going to suggest this other foam material that you can buy at most art stores. It is soft but will be stiff enough looking to simulate a hard-shell armor shoulder-pad:

Just an idea, the rubber chest plate from a Marvel famous Covers Dr. Doom is exactly what you want. Just paint it to your liking.

Art Foam sheets or Magic Foam. It depends on which store you're in.

Just got in the material from Randox Axe and it is perfect. Can't thank you enough Mr. Pierce. And, the CDs will be great for our road trip today.
