Giant Robot Scupt needed for Dida Playset

Hi, so I was looking to see if anyone could or knows of someone who could create a rather large Robot sculpt for my Dida playset? In the image, it's going to be the robot on top and the total size would be able two feet (including top half and bottom half). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe you could start with a foam head like below. The arms and torso could also be available online. It would save the effort on sculpting it:

Yep! I've got custom figures for all 5 members, now I'm just working on getting the Progress arena up and running. I'll post pictures when it's pretty much completed but it's turning out really well. Johnmiic that's the perfect idea for the robot!! Not only is it cheap, but the facial features are already what I'm looking for.
