I love how I am not the only one who had an eclectic collection. And we probably all played with all of them together. POTA figures as Star Trek aliens , Batman trapped on the POTA, SWAT meets The Tin Man and says "wha....?" etc.Comment

76wards2.jpgi think this picture exemplifies what I said in the last post. Notice how Robin is doing all the work? He is figting Lizard, and what looks to be the Hunchback and Pahntom of the opera while Superman fights Wolfman, Batman fight Green Goblin, Spiderman fights Dracula, Shazam fight the Mummy and Joker and Frankensteins Monster run amock. Yay Robin!Last edited by DaBillmann; Jul 13, '13, 10:57 AM.Comment

Same here! I loved Batman, so my Starsky and Hutch. SWAT, and Rookies figures made up my Gotham Police. It was cool pairing up Robin with Hutch to help find Batman who was captured by the Joker. Ah the memories!Comment

I had a SWAT van as well as two of the figures at the same time I had my Tin Man. I remember displaying it with the two SWAT figures sitting inside the van and the Tim Man standing on top, holding his axe.
I remember my Joker being broken and dressing Cornelius in his outfit to be a Batman villain.
Yeah, Batman was always my favorite.Comment

As a kid I owned:
8inch Spidey
8inch Batgirl
3 3/4 Penguin
3 3/4 Decker
in the 80's
3 3/4 Bo & Luke Duke, and Boss Hogg
... and that was it. Not for lack of trying, mind you, but lack of parental cooperation.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Zero.
I was way too busy doing other things in the 70s to collect MEGOs.
Like developing lungs, and a functional auditory system.Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figuresComment

From the 70's until Mego de-rezzed in the 80's, at various times, I owned:
WGSH, ETC
Spider-Man
Batman
Robin
Catwoman
The Fonz
POTA Astronaut
Tarzan
Superman
COMIC ACTION
(I loved the stands. This was especially cool for Green Goblin, because I used his as his glider.)
Superman
Wonder WHOA, man! (original Alan Alda faced version)
Joker
Penguin
Aquaman
Shazam
Spider-Man
Batman (loved the rubbery head/cape)
Robin
Green Goblin
Hulk (my older brother's favorite)
POCKET HEROES
(I didn't like the straight legs on these figures)
Spider-Man
Hulk
VARIOUS 3 3/4" Figures
Ponch
Jon
Sarge
Tiger Man
Princess Adrala
Draconian Guard
Draco
Bo Duke
Luke Duke
Daisy Duke
Boss Hogg (I always pretended his cigar was an Oscar Meyer weiner, and he was snacking all the time, hence his fatness)
General Lee (found it at a Salvation Army)
EAGLE FORCE
Turk
Kayo
General Mamba
Savitar (STILL have him!)
Shock Trooper
The Cat
Beta Man
NON-MEGO/LIKE
SWAT Street
***
Fun Fact: I didn't even know the 3 3/4" figures and the Eagle Force guys were Mego until I found the Museum. So I still own a childhood Mego...Savitar the assassin!Comment
