What is the best way to deal with a neck plug on a resin head that is too small for the body?

If you're wanting to pose the figure and be able to turn the head repeatedly, I'd suggest drilling a hole horizontally through the neck plug, then running some elastic through the whole. Then tie the plastic off to the peg in the pelvis.

If the figure is just going on display, I'd find some putty and wrap the neck plug with it and squish it down in there. Once dressed, no one will notice.

and if Boss' suggestions don't meet your fancy, wrap the neck plug in some tape until you get it thick enough.

Thanks guys... We went with a combo of a Rubber band and scotch tape method
