Wicked Witch of the East

I made an easy custom for the Wicked Witch of the East. Since no one knows what she really looks like I took the Salem Witch and added a pair of black and white stripped stockings and ruby slippers. Here is a picture of her in more happier times before the tragic accident showing off her spiffy new hose.
