    O.R. Tables for POTA

I can't wait to recreate this screen shot
with my new tables. I think they are done now.

I only have 1 human male ready for the photo and a custom of Zira, so it's slowly coming together!

Here is an update, with one of the O.R. tables functional. Still working on the background, but I couldn't wait to photograph it in action.

Did I tell you I love my new hobby?

They are really cool looking Jessica!

The detail is unbelivably accurate. I can't wait to see the finished scene.

Why, thank you Meule, Vman and MegoScott! Underneath the acrylic paint is Crayola Model Magic sculpted over green flower foam. The straps are real leather, punched using a 1/16th hole with a paper punch. They will be held down with pins around the Mego body, but they are hotglued into slits cut out of the tables.

            nice!

            Jessica,

I love this scene from POTA, where Zira and Dr. Galen (I think) are talking about humans and the class structure of ape society. "You've made it, why can't I?"

Well I say, Jessica, you made it and its stunning. Great job!

Great stuff! The poor mego apes have long needed some accurate accessories. Not that I don't love the mego playsets. I just think all the custom glory has been shining solely on the superheroes for a bit too long. You have made me want to get moving on some apes diorama stuff I have been thinking of for quite a while.

I am currently working on the market scene from POTA and it's coming along nicely but there is still a lot more work to do . I actually underestimated the amount of effort it would take to create the market, but I will slowly but surely get there. It's a long and arduous journey to undertake but an enjoyable trip nonetheless for me.
