    That is awesome.

If I were to go for the obvious jokes, I'd say, "Needs a minibar." Or maybe, "The computer stores all of his mixed drink recipes."

You did an incredible job with the artwork. Did you draw the design first and scan it in?

          Thanks everyone!

          Some answers to questions:

Do you have plans for more heros? Have you thought of branching into the monster realm?
I have another super-hero one I'm working on at the moment. As far as monsters, I think Scott has that covered with his Mad Monster Dida Displayset. If I did monsters I'd have to consider a different approach than that.

I'd prefer to see Stealth Armor and other specialty armors diplayed vs the various Mach I-IV.
Yeah there are lots of variations I could have gone with but trying to keep it late 70s related, I went with what was then current. And to me, the last red and gold armor pictured in the playset is the classic Iron Man armor so I wanted to end on that note.

I like the way you have the suits displayed. Where's the one with the nose?
That's the Mego Iron Man...he's wearing it!

Okay...we need a spidey playset now.
Again, Scott is covering this with his Daily Panet playset which I'm sure can be converted into a Daily Bugle playset, just some minor cosmetic changes. If I did something Spidey, I'd have to go in a different direction.

I think I know where you got the scans of the artwork, great idea to use that! Bob Layton is THE best Iron Man artist.
Oh yeah...nothing says "Iron Man" like a Bob Layton drawn sheen!

If you had one of those star trek transporters you could change it to transform a Custom Tony Stark into Iron Man...and maybe a work shop table for building his armors...
I don't see Iron Man as a quick change sorta guy...it takes time to suit up in the armor.

You did an incredible job with the artwork. Did you draw the design first and scan it in?
The designs are always in my head...I don't draw anything out. I just know the images I want to use and take it from there, assembling everything from scratch on the computer (scanning, recoloring, layout, etc.)

Addressing the "play value" issue...Yeah it is a little lacking in that aspect. Original plans were to be able to "plug in" to the wall units (those little white holes spread throughout the computers on the back wall) but I didn't want to ruin the Dida Display.

So alternately I've ordered some parts to cobble together a recharging station of some sort...maybe even a Tony Stark briefcase.
Think OUTSIDE the Box! For the BEST in Repro & Custom Packaging!

GREAT JOB! Nailed it with Layton illo. and using the Ironman pose copied by Kromedome.

The only accessories I can think of adding are: Laser rifle/huge gun for testing armor,Lab coat for Tony Sark, a adjustable Table where bottom touches ground so Tony can work on armor, and maybe tools?

Its like "Cribs". Hey you all and welcome to the house of IronMan. The custom Ironman is tasty too. How cool is it your first "Marvel" related playset should be my all time favorite hero!!

                      It REALLY rocks..!!

Can an Avengers Mansion be far behind..?

Perhaps a converted Wayne Manor with a HOJ-type level would work..
