    advice for removing lugosi head

    Hello everyone,
I just bought a bought of cheap Flatt Draculas to use for some custom projects. Does anyone have any advice for removing the head BUT leaving the neck stem easily? I see there is a tutorial in the customego section but it doesn't seem to work.
I don't mind destroying the head entirely to do this. The Bela sculpt in my opinion is strange, weak chinned and ferret-like (much like all Flatt figures I have seen) and I would count it as no great loss.
However I would like to preserve the structural integrity of the neck post to see if I can use it for anything.
    Any ideas?
    thanks

Aha! Actually nevermind my previous question. Head removal was actually quite easy. The fact that the clothes were glued on and stated as "non removable" on the box coupled with a head which looks and feels quite "resin-esque" I thought there might be some trick.
However the head just slides over a tube-thing mounted about the neck joint.
