If it not out of line to ask - how do you do something like that, get that fine detailing cut out?

I use an electronic media cutter... there are several on the market. It uses graphics software to trace out an image. It then sends the image to a cutting machine that can cut very inticate details... that's really the easy part. Weeding out the unwanted parts of the cut is the real witch...
