The green one from Spock's Brain isn't exactly the same. The red and blue version had short sleeves, the green one is long sleeved. And the V-shape on his chest is smaller on the green suit

Don't think Scottie ever wore the red version, it was usually the other engineers

I'm pretty sure there was a green version of the engineering " jumpsuit " worn by non starfleet personnel, i could be wrong though.

I believe there was a green short sleeved version as well. I think Sarek wore it for his operation
