Brian does custom work, not mass produced stuff.
We could always use more stuff like boots, bodysuits, actual fabric capes, instead of that nylon stuff.
Shoes, socks, tights (pantyhose!), leotards, gloves, weapons (swords, shields, belts, helms, body armor.)
I say the more the merrier!

SeattleEd,
We both know Dr.Mego and CTVT already sells bodies and clothes..so unless I find a china manu-guy who can do a better job...what do you recommend I sell than they don't have? Any ideas? We have Brian Leitner stuff already as well for custom mego clothes....what to do..what to do....Leave a comment:

If you want cheaper then plan on working with overseas(China) factories, where a majority of parts are manufactured, that will give you what you pay. Meaning low quality and/or headaches if you plan on going low pricing ala Walmart. You will have to procure in large volumes. Shipping alone might hit your wallet. If you plan on going domestic, that would be costly but I'm sure a good product.
Hopefully other sellers(makers) can give you more insight. Just because the economy is in a major slump doesn't mean you can get a lower cost product. On the contrary, it usually means you "might" have to pay more or sacrifice other facets such as quality.
You might be able to procure from the same distributor as other sellers but that doesn't mean it will be cheaper unless you plan on doing this at zero profit and pass the saving to the seller.
Good luck in your venture and hopefully it comes to a positive fruition for you and the 1/9 scale fans.

Thanks. I have.
I still feel it needs to be cheaper than that.

Doc mego has set the standards, not just for price, but for quality merchandise. I highly recommend taking a peek.Leave a comment:

Sell here and save on Ebay fees, check out Doc Mego's site to see if you could compete with his prices. He has set the standard for sure.Leave a comment:

New custom mego store?
If I open a new custom mego store on eBay, what do you think mego lovers and mego customers will want and how much should I price each item? Belts should be...capes should be..etc.
Thanks for any tips.
