Iron man - helmet and heads

Don't have a Mego Iron Man ... but I do have a FC Iron Man helmet.

and some extra heads.

Tried Ivanhoe in the helmet , as he's a ringer for Mr. Stark.
I can get it to squeeze in and close the helmet, but it's a struggle every time.

Tried a Robin Hood head, and this works fine.

Hmmm... if only Robin had black hair.

Or I could shrink Ivanhoe a smidge...

or maybe I can sand the inside of the iron man helmet a little...

still, a removable helmet Iron Man would be sweet... so I'm gonna keep at this.

I have the FC Tony Stark head with a Mego neck plug.

Got one and threw it on a T2 body with Doc Mego repro IM suit.

The FC helmet fits this head very well. Overall, it is a little too big for a mego, but better than I thought it would be. If I finish it off with gloves, boots (shoulder pads?) it should look better. The red color on the helmet was wasn't too different either.

It never made sense that Iron Man was the same size as the other heroes. Tony must be a really tiny guy. Tho even in the comics he's shown to be the same size. Really hard to get the scale right to look realistic.
