What existing characters already look like Billy and Mentor from Filmation Shazam?

After the holidays I will have some time to work on this idea. I want to make or purchase clothing to dress up two figures for my son to play with. Since he will actually play with them I plan on using real Mego or repro heads. I was thinking Grandpa Walton for Les Tremayne and Cochese for Michael Gray. What do you all think?
    It's all good!

I think Grandpa Walton is good for Mentor--You could get a resin copy & sand down the jowls a bit. You could use an AJ safari shirt & belt, and dye pants brown or use Sitting Bull's.

I would use a Bo Duke head with repainted black hair for Billy--not perfect, but better IMO than Cochise. Add a red Dm sweater with new yellow trim & CTVT jeans.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

Or maybe Greg Brady for Billy.

^I'm not too familiar with the Greg Brady head, but it might work really well--younger-looking, & you wouldn't need to retouch the hair.

I was thinking Peter Brady. Oddly enough, the grown-up Christopher Knight would have made a decent Captain Marvel, at least facially.
