I've always had luck with superglue. You can get two small tubes of it at the dollar store. I use that crap for everything. I can't think of another way to do it.

What are the heads made of? Vinyl, like a vintage head? Resin?
Is there any danger of superglue melting/warping the heads or masks? I've used Fabri-Tac to help repair vinyl heads and never had a problem. You just have to hold the pieces in place for a few minutes until it bonds.

Go to a beauty supply and get some toupee tape. It works great and is easily adjusted or removed.

My wife is a hair stylist and I discovered it while waiting for her. I'm not bald, but I probably wouldn't mind if I was

Tell me that when you're bald, or have a large hole in your hair.

^^^Hey, Chris I can help you all the way if you get the itch.

Oh and get Loctite control gel glue. I use it for everything.

the advantage of the toupee tape is that it is not permanent

I agree with Mahseer, use something to just hold the masks on, not something permanent. No offense, but I don't understand why you'd want to permanently glue their masks on. Maybe attach a thin elastic cord to the masks and put them on that way?

I used thread to attach the mask to my custom Batwoman mask. I threaded it through the mask and through the back of the head so you don't see the thread and there was no glue damage to the head. I can remove the mask just by snipping the thread and the small needle holes in the back of the head are under the hair so you would never see them. You could probably actually thread them through the existing hair holes so there would be no damage or holes at all.
