    Help with swapping heads

I have been making some custom fist fighters. I am using the Retro Action heads. However they are a little loose. How can I enlarge the base so that it fits tighter in the neck hole? Does any one have any ideas?

Hi all, here is what I found to work so far. I bought a shrink wrap tube, like the ones used on electrical wires. I got the 3/4 inch one. Cut off a little bit, about an eighth of an inch or so and use a hair drier to shrink it. It works good. I had to use a small flat head screwdriver to push in the tube a little. The 1/2 inch one may be a little small. The retro action Flash head fits fine. if you place it so that the edge is even with the underside of the exposed head, it works good. I will try to add pictures soon. I am going to add it to my Black Adam head.

        Hi all.

Here are the pics of the shrink wrap Black Adam. I hope this helps. It works really well. I let the hair drier on it a little longer and didn't need the screwdriver I spoke about.

I have to thank a guy I work with for the idea. It works great!! Home depot has the two 3/4 shrink tubes in the electrical department for $1.99. With the size of the tubes, I should be able to do a lot more fist fighter customs in the future. I just have to figure out what I am going to do next.

I am now in the process of customizing a Captain America to the fist fighter body. Hope this helps if someone has the same problems I came up with.
