    Touching up or repainting boots?

I bought 2 pairs of superhero boots from someone on the forum(sorry I forgot your username),I think they're made by Cast-Away and they're made out of soft vinyl. The green pair is perfect but 1 of the red boots there are white spots all over it where the paint came off.I was wondering if I should touch them up with maybe a sharpie(the red sharpie that I have the color isn't the right shade of red)or something else or should I repaint both with a spray red vinyl paint?Let me know what you think that I should do and thanks again for everyones opinion.

I would go with a re-spray with automotive vynil paint. Stick the boot on a pen or dowel. Hit it with a light dusting of paint. Let that dry, then spray again. The dusting gives the final coat something to bite onto.
