What kind of paint do I need?

Hey everybody I need some advice,
I have a few heads that are loosing their paint on them and I need to know what kind of paint would be best to restore their look,
also what kind paint would work best for mego style hands??
I have used acrylic style oil based paint, but it doesn't feel like its drys all the way and it still flakes off.

No such thing as acrylic oil based...it's one or the other. Use acrylic and then don't touch it.
