Sorry for the delay in posting pics...my kid started college today and the drive took me longer then expected.
Here's the other reason why i love Star Trek...... "The Security Officers". They were cool in the show ...even though most didn't make it back to the ship lol. Mego should've given us a few with generic heads. The Star Trek universe is safe now......"Bring on the Romulans".
All of the (22) Security Officers displayed within these pics have their own Backer cards.....I customized the cards to read "Security TM"
Had over 25 pictures to post. However, couldn't bring the pics file count down enough.
Cool phaser Rifles !
I'm currently working on a fully functional Shuttle Craft that can hold (10 figures) and have flight capabilities...You'll soon see !!!
Resisting Arrest ....
All Hell breaks loose....Require more security personnel on the Planet surface...STAT !!!
I'll be removing one bar on each Security officer soon.... for the authentic look!
Overall (22) Security Officers were used for this mission....Luckily, (22) Red shirts returned to the ship that day lol....Captains Log Supplemental !!!

Reason: type-bo
22 security officers and no Lt. Leslie? The only red shirt that kept coming back, week after week, even after he got killed by a gaseous cloud.
But that's a pretty cool group pic and I agree, every collection should have a couple of security officers.

Thanks for viewing.......Unfortunately, I have a Lt.Leslie and another Security Officer that were hidden deep in a box in my closet (They were too late for the dance). However, I plan to Add them the next time i post ST:Security Personnel Pics.

And don't forget Lt. Garrovick, whose molecules somehow reassembled after crazy Captain Tracy shot him down on the "cheesy cold war allegory planet" in time for him to show up to guard Dr. Lester in the "crazy lady who switches bodies with Captain Kirk episode" the next week.
Very cool security team you got there Ivaniski!
In some episodes the security guys wore their shirts tucked into these black cumberbuns (sp?). Why that is, no one knows. Functionally it was just a glorified phaser belt anyway, which everyone already had.
My guess is that it was to:
-avoid the problem of having prisoners overpower them by grabbling them by the hem of their shirts
-so no one would mistake them for engineers and say "hey, can you come fix the TV in my quarters?"
-to make it easier for aliens-of-the-week to differentiate them from the speaking part crew members that actually, startegically speaking, would be better targets to kill off
Anyhoo - long story short, lately Doc Mego throws in a new Andorian belt everytime I order anything (which is awesome of him) as a thank you. So on my one lone security guy I took one of those belts and turned it around inside out (so the diamonds are on the inside) to give my security guy that spiffy, finished about-to-die-hideously look.
ps: In "Devil in the Dark", there *was* a Security chief with two stripes - Mr. Giotto, even though he was referred to as a Lt. Commander- I only mention this because I'm a ginormous nerd.
Most impressive!!!
Well worth the wait.I am in total envy of your security crew and they all have accurate phasers as well???
Makes my measly three seem pathetic in comparison.
Great head paints as well.
And good luck with that shuttle you are building.

I'm glad you liked it. Most of the heads were painted by the Master Dave McCormick....and 90% of the bodies were re-stringed/re-strunged Doc mego bodies (I love his bodies ..very durable)...it usually takes me 'bout less the 3 minutes to re-string his body for more R.O.M-range of motion in the arm area ...especially horizontally. I have my kids involved in filming stop and go animation with these figures. Therefore, full spectrum poseabilty is required. Hey! what do you think about the Phaser Rifles ? Oh, by the way....Believe it or not....The shuttle will fly !!! LITERALLY.....
I love the collection, and having your kids doing the stop go animation is really cool.
Those phaser rifles are awesome.I must know where you got the show accurate hand phasers and communicators.
I love the doc bodies I use them for most of my customs as well.I need to order a few right now actually.A flying shuttle that will be amazing for shure.keep up the good work.
