    Ink Wash?

I have painted some Warhammer 40k figs in the past and the ink wash effect was always real nice on those, adding a touch of realism. Does this work with Megos as well?

    Hmmmm....

No reason it wouldn't. You might have to play around with the technique a bit; the larger surface area of a Mego head causes some weird pooling effects with ink.

            >What is ink wash?

A wash is when you dilute the paint you're using so that it pools in the cracks and recesses of whatever you're painting. It works best with acrylics, 'cos you can thin them with water. An ink wash is when you do that with ink. Inks are more translucent than acrylics, so you get some different effects.

I don't, but the 'Create your own Zombie' kit comes with an instrucual DVD. It recommends and shows the painting part starting with a brown ink wash.
