The Circle is Now Complete.. Carded ESB Completes the Trilogy

Once again Mike Rogers stepped up to the plate to help me pretend my Custom SW figures came off the shelf back in the day. First he created the original SW card art, then ROTJ. Today I received the final card design, ESB.

Mike's been working on these cards for me on and off for about 2 years. I appreciate all the hard work Mike. I couldn't be happier with them. Bravo!

Here is the set of all three cards.

            They look great!

I've kept the elements of those cards "wild". Meaning I kept the artwork in layers so if I ever feel like it or I am asked I will make TV/Movie size cards instead of the WGSH size cards done for Dave's clamshells.

Back when I did the Star Wars ones for Dave, I misunderstood (or just forgot) that he was using clamshells and actually sent him TV/movie size cards with bubbles.

Absolutely fantastic, Dave. Most impressive, Mike.
Dave, you do have cards for all your Star Wars customs, right? The only problem I see is Chewie
Oh, and you need to get these autographed by the actors, that would be cool.

Not everyone. Clamshells and bubbles limit me. I need a much larger one for Chewie. I have a card for Boba Fett, but the bubble needs to be much thicker to allow for the jetpack. The driods are also cardless. 3PO is too wide for a bubble, and R2 is too thick. Yoda is a bit of a problem as well. He's so small in the clamshell and there is so much extra real estate it looks weird, but I'll figure out something eventually.
