Sources for Clothes for Docs Kid Body

My kids want to do customs using a couple He-Man heads we have ( I can't remember the specific characters) but it looks like they will fit best on Docs child body. Apart from Our Gang or The Married with Children kid, does anyone have any ideas where to get clothes that will fit those? Are there any other lines that are in that scale?

I was told here that the Female Mego bodysuit works best on the Lion Rock type body but never tried them on kids bod. I get alot of clothes from Thrift stores. Usually I just go by eye. Maybe a good start would be a line from Barbie Little sister Stacie. Other characters in the line are Whitney and Todd. The clothing might be a little tight in places but could work?

Check garage sales now that the weather is nice - don't ignore
stuffed animals - sometimes they have clothing that can be
re-stitched to the child body size.
