Need sticker sheet for CHiPs figures

Has anyone reproduced the insignia sticker sheet for CHiPs figures? Need one for Sarge as well as Ponch and Jon. Laser Mego maybe?

Not sure what process you are using Paul, but could you produce them from a scan? I actually have one set of the insignia decals, but they are loose. I'm sure i could figure out a way to scan them though.
