Bionic woman repairs

I hope im posting this in the right section i was going to post it in classic toys but i figured this area would make for the best help. anyway i bought a really nice Bionic Woman doll at a thrift store for a buck. i fixed her hair and cleaned her up. but her knees and hips are really loose is there a way to tighten them up? so she can take her place on my action figure shelf standing tall!

this is just something i noticed but the bionic womans face sculpting is really just amazing for the time she looks just like lindsey wagner! just thought that was cool is all.
