has anyone ordered from this site before? i purchased a few things back in December and i still havent recvd a tracking number nor the order. i emailed them on both addresses and even called them and left a message. still no answer. i dont know if this site is a one man buisness so i would understand if things were a little delayed but a simple response would be nice.

Castaway has their own sub-forum where you can reach them under Customer Care. Dave and Jason will take care of you. They have both been busy and sometimes things slip through. I would not hesitate to order anything from them at anytime.

Castaway has great stuff, and they have really improved their customer service. I'm sure you'll be taken care of. I have placed an order in the past that didn't seem to go thru, but I'm not positive it wasn't my fault. Re-sent the order later, and everything arrived pretty quickly.

wow. im def not waiting that long. so far everyone loves them. i hope i get the same service as they did.
im only waiting till this week then i may have to issue a dispute for a charge back. i work at my bank

My experience has been slow shipping and not every email sent directly gets answered- but, any request sent from this board has been promptly answered and i have been treated very well as a customer- I can forgive slow email response from a company I know has good products and has always come through- I would order from them again- just be patient!

i have never have any issue with them. great product and great service. while I agree a response would be nice, it is also the holiday season and everyone gets busy and mail tends to be slow as well. I see they did send you a PM here, since he posted he did.

I ordered three times in December. The 1st two orders were sent out uber fast. My third order took longer. I was disappointed about that, but I figure they just spoiled me the 1st two times and the third time was closer to the holidays. It's a small business operation selling wonderful product. I would endorse them completely. Be patient and you will be very satisfied.
