HELP! - Custom Head Request

For Underdog, you might want to try locating one of the figure sets from Exclusive Premiere from several years back (Target exclusives?)...they're about Mego size.

but how do I scale it down to a mego head?
Unless someone can help me with that?

I think the one in that custom came from a McFarlane Ash figure, but someone also used a chainsaw magnet they found.
