    Thanks, Everyone.

To answer some questions that some folks had:

    1. I bought the Wonder Woman one at full price before Christmas, as I had a feeling they'd sell out. I haven't seen any left over in any department stores after Christmas, but I didn't go to any Hallmark card stores or anything. The WW one is small so I'm tinkering with it to see if I can adapt it to a Mego female body.

    2. The Clark/Superman one I got 50% off at a Kohl's department store, but in the link MegoScott posted, it looks like they're 1/2 off online, too.

    3. I didn't see any other outfits other than WW and the Clark/Supes one. I think they did one "male" one and one "female" one. They're meant to be a "gag" gift for someone who's like a Wonder Woman or like a Superman, I think.

Here are the Hallmark.com descriptions of each:

    Description for Clark/Superman Ornament:

When Clark Kent goes off to bed, he always hangs up his super clothes in just this way. With this clever Hallmark Keepsake Ornament, the guy in your house can have his own set of superhero duds hanging right on the tree (just in case a villain shows up for holiday dinner). Comes with a full-sized Hallmark greeting card, with your personal message.

    Description for Wonder Woman Ornament:

Know someone who's truly a Wonder Woman? Then this ornament was designed for her. It's a real fabric replica of the superhero's cape and trademark star-studded suit, complete with her golden crown, all neatly hung on its own hanger. Comes with a full-sized Hallmark greeting card, with your personal message.

    4. I forgot to say in my initial post that the figure I used is an original Mego Type 2 figure, just in case that helps anyone with sizing. It's a tight squeeze to get it onto the figure (it has to go over the head---I put the head on AFTER putting the Hallmark thing on), but it's possible.

The sleeves may be a teensy bit short; I could have taken down the sleeve hems at the cuffs but I just didn't do it. I may at some point.

Picked up the display Clark Kent and Wonder Woman outfits today, as they were sold out, along with a Black evening dress I hope Dinah can slip into. Thanks for the heads up.

I got the Wonder Woman ornament as a Christmas gift from my father-in-law, but it looked way to small to put on a Mego body. I had been thinking the same thing, about picking them up on clearance and using them for customs. I did think the cape and tiara might fit ok though. I'm planning on displaying them with my Wonder Woman collection year round, maybe I'll make a Diana Prince figure and put the ornament in the background...
Hulk, what's the evening dress that you think might fit Dinah? Was it at the Halmark store?
Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?

Yay! There's something special about Wonder Woman custom stuff.

The evening dress was too small to work well. The cinched waist was a bit too much for Dinah's wide hips, even with extensive seam ripper work.

I did get the Wonder Woman outfit on (nominally) with a lot of seam ripping, but her shorts are pretty much held on by the belt now. A better sewing job will be required to make it work, but it does look pretty good. I'm looking forward to seeing someone better than me finish her.

I just finished my Wonder Woman, using the Hallmark WW ornament. I'd be interested in your opinions!
