Bryer vs. Mego

I was wanting to make an entire Batman Family with robin and batgirl as youths. I found a Bryer girl child that looked like it would fit. I was wondering if anyone had comments on the scale of Bryer vs. Mego and if the two are compatible. I know that they are both 8" in hieght.
