I have several Castaway clam shells that I'm placing assorted BBP! figures (Venture Bros and Dr. Who) and my entire Mattel retro action inside. While I have created my own cards to fit inside the clam shells I wondered if anyone has created a template specifically for the Castawaytoys.com clam shell and/or already maybe did the scanning (and Photoshop cleanup) or has high res images I can use of the front and back of the cards?

Below are pictures of my progress (followed with commentary) of fitting my re-Megos into Castaway Toys' clamshells, minus the Star Trek and Apes figures as all those are fine inside their respective DM clamshells. I still have more pictures to make, but I exhausted my at home supply of heavy card-stock paper.
Here are some of the good guys. I hope to buy the latest wave of Venture Bros. soon.
I really need a better Super Collector cardback, but I used what images were available online.
The Penguin turned out great. Eventually I need to pick up a tuxedo and umbrella for him.
I need to get a shield for Captain America and remind my wife to print up a Mego scale star with her vinyl cutter at work this weekend.
I'll need to purchase a few more white gauntlets from Castaway toys. I learned a couple things after this customization. First, I'll need to trim the black arm sleeves a bit on the black jumpsuits. Secondly, I realized the dye from the suits tend to adsorb into the gauntlets, thus, I'll need to buy some Duplicolor vinyl/fabric white paint (for GL Sinestro, Hal Jordan, and John Stewart.) Same thing happened to the "Blue" gauntlet I dyed for classic Sinestro as it turned his red hands blue. Lastly, I'll have to paint Sinestro's Green Lantern hands white because he's a left handed ring bearer and it'll look better white gloved rather than red handed this time around.
All was fine here, but Black Manta was probably the most difficult figure to fit into a Castaway Toys clamshell.
Darkseid actually fit in without much trouble. Heck, I think Brock or Black Manta were a bit more of a challenge. I should point out that Darkseid is the ONLY male Mattel retro-action body as I've swapped all the rest onto Castaway bodies. I have two CAT bodies in reserve for John Stewart and yellow suit Sinestro down the road. I don't intend on adding a Kyle figure to my collection and besides, if I did I don't have any more CAT bodies to swap out.
