the Lancelot head from the Super Knights might work.....You can get a repro one from Classic Toys. Not too sure how the quality of it is....

^That's nice! I could see it as Steve Rogers, too.

I was looking at Ace McCloud? Think thats his name Ithink also he's from Centurian toy line. All it needs is a pair of sunglasses to complete the look.

No. These heads are perfect and in exact scale. I use them all the time.

                  Here is the girl head:

Here is a head I used for Captain America on the left:

See what I mean? The Ace McCloud head fits the role. Its scale seems to fit in with other Mego heads. I've found a few of these guys at thrift and fleamarkets cheap! The rest of the recipe is...

An Old CTVT Herman Munster suit. (Wanted something different than Bruce or Clark suit)
                      CTVT cowboy shirt and bouts
Cane is a bit of Hobby tubing and paint
Glasses are Knock off Barbie stuff. I'm not sure but I swear Matt wore red specks last time I read the comic (70's). With my poor memory. I began to think I had confused him with Scott Summers.
I still wanna touch this up a bit. Maybe a tie and more details on the cane.

^That does work well, esp. if you think of Matt in the (happier) '60s.

Thats him. Stick a flat head screwdriver down between neck and blue collar. Give it a little twist and his chest (Front and back) usually comes apart at the seem. The neck is long and has pegs down low to hold it in the chest. Dremmil or saw the neck to your liking and BOOM yer done!!!
