Try this. No casting necessary. Normally I would cast a new plug in resin but this works.

Wow Megocrazy you can boil sculpy? I used set it in front of my shop heater when I attached it to plastic.

Yeah it will harden. I think it's OK. I would prefer to bake it, but when using the plastic you really cant go that route.

Thanks for this tip megocarzy. Haven't tried any customs yet, but with this sort of information I'm feeling more confident about trying some.

I assume you'd have to put the plug, with the sculpy addition, into a plastic bag to keep the sculpy dry ... or doesn't it matter?
