Howdy all! I bought one on Laurie's awesome Santa heads. I was wondering the best way to mount it. I am going to use an original Mego fat body as my base. I don't want to "F" it up so any and all advice greatly appreciated.
You are going to have to build up the neck a bit with some kind of putty or apoxie sculpt first.
I wouldn't do this figure with a "Flatt" style head. He's really not an "action" figure.
What I would do (and probably will do) is make a tubular neck out of putty that is the same diameter as the neck hole of the Mego torso that I'm going to use. That way you can slide the neck plug into the neck hole.
It will allow the head to turn side to side - which is what most Megos do.

Hope this helps!
