My FLASH "Redo"!

Well...I've shown this Figure before, but I've made some changes. I thought I'd found a better Sculpt...so I stupidly sold My Original before the new one arrived. When it came...it was a GREAT Sculpt...but way to big for a Mego Body. Now...I was royally Bummed...I had a Headless Flash. Luckly...I still had one Cast left that Chris Johnson had made Me, of My Original. So...I made use of the new one I'd bought...and shaved the Earwings off...and attached them to Mine. A paint job later...and I had My Flash back!

Dude. I love this version. I have a legendary Charlie Flatt cast "The Doc" gave me that looks pretty good but if you have seen it, Flash looks like he has a big nose.
One question, is that a Superman head under there? It looks like it.

Yeah...I never liked the Flatt one either...so I had to Sculpt My own. The Head I sculpted over was a Mego Bruce Wayne.

That is awesome! I am using a Bruce Wayne head and grinding it down to nothing to make a Golden Age Atom. I know I am cheap and probably could have bought a smooth round head from someone but with Christmas expenses, I had to cut back. LOL
You gotta love the Bruce Wayne heads. I got a box of recasted ones in that hard stuff "The Doc" casts his in. I just figured out the secret the other day how to recast heads. I might put it to use when this season is over with.

Sorry for the long posts, don't mean to step on your thread. When someone does a custom of one of my favorite heroes, I tend to get a little excited.

By the way...."Citadel Colour" Epoxy Tape(Putty)...is great for Sculpting the Atom's Mask, over that Bruce Wayne head.
