    Help on starting a fire!

Anyone know what the stuff is this guy used for fire on the sentinel?

I am making a Golden Age Torch and this stuff would really come in handy.
Any advice on using it would be welcome also.
    Anyone?

        Wow! That's really nice!
Very much the effect I am looking for.
What brand of paint did you use or does it matter?

You can actually buy something called (I think) "dragonfire" from certain hobby sites on the internet. A lot of ceramicists use it to create the effect of a dragon breathing fire (henceforth the name). I've also found that Friendly Plastic Compound works pretty well, too, but you have to work with it fast or it will set up on you in a hurry....
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

I used watered down craft paint, it tends to pool up in the recesses of the glue. Also hold the figure upside down from how you want the effect to point. That way the flames will be pointing up when its dry. I also used this on Mr. Freeze for icicles.

Glass paint looks awesome on hot glue. That's what it looks like he used on the photograph.
