Help with casshern?

I am looking for some help from the custom community
I am trying to make this figure
I have the head from one of those weird robot figures..i just need to reproduce the rest...canyone help me with the suit, emblems and collar?

I'm no custom expert, but if you have the head, it can already go on a Joker body and AJ tall white boots would be a close fit, white body suit from Doc Mego for $5.00 and your almost there. The red chest logo and black stripes look like vinyl stickers, wouldn't be too hard to imitate, leaving the black collar as the real challenge. I wonder what he looks like from the back?

You could probably cut the black collar out of vinyl as well and get it to pop up like that

I'm thinking the same thing.
vinyl pinstriping for auto use could finish off the white suit.
It would probably be more work to screen or inkjet a pattern and then sew the suit together, but that is an option as well.

My thoughts on the black piping...
Fabric paint marker. For the logo, slick fabric paint.
Boots look slightly more like the Wrestler figure boots, but white Mego AJ boots would work well enough. White Hero boots would look even better to me. Or white repro CHiPs boots would rawk...

I would totally go vinyl here for the collar and treat it as a 1 inch long Lily Ledy cape.
