Can anyone sculpt a headpiece?

Is there someone here who can sculpt a headpiece for me?

I'm need a headpiece for a Loki figure that I'm putting together from a Mr. Spock head, ZICA body, and DocMego clothes.

Not the one with the ginormous horns, the one I'd like is more like a diadem, with two small wings on the sides.

In particular, the one he wore in X-Men Annual #9, where the X-Men and New Mutants were in Asgard.

I'd also need a green coif that he wearsunderneath it.

I'd recommend cutting the fingers off of black rubber gloves, or a thin balloon

I like the gloves idea, but if all else fails, there's always Plasti-dip.

The headpiece would be easy. cut the band around the head from aluminum(beer or soda cans work well) and the wings and front detail from craft foam, spray it gold or yellow and ta daa!!
