What size plastic hobby rods do I get for Castaway handpegs?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a site that sells plastic for making new wrist pins that will fit the castaway hands.
I'm not sure what the measurement is so I dont know how to search for it.

I usually pick up stuff in person at my hobby store but they couldnt help me.

I need enough for about 14 sets of hands.

I've used Toothpicks, too. Just sand them smooth after pushing them thru and cutting off the excess.

This is pretty much the same as the toothpicks, but I buy bags of small dowlrods. They're livesavers between customizing and repairing toys. They work as sculpting and painting tools too.
