Pinky Tuscadero head?

I've been wanting to do a custom Pinky for a while. I'm really struggling on what head to use. Anyone have any ideas?

I think the Peggy Bundy head may work. I do not know how to re-root hair but now may be a good time to learn.

I don't know how I missed this thread. I just found it thanks to a Google search for ctvt "pinky tuscadero". Like, jwyblejr, I'm kind of stupefied that one was never made. I would've purchased a couple, for sure.
