Customizing the Mego Bridge

OK, thanks to Ebay I have a pretty thrashed Mego bridge. No furniture, no screens, no handle and some crushing and plastic tearing. I'm considering using it to make a custom bridge set. Has anyone else ever considered doing Pike's black and white Enterprise Bridge?
I was thinking also possibly doing the bridge from Forbidden Planet's Space Cruiser. What would be the best source of a Robby the Robot in Mego scale I wonder?
Star Trek/ Forbidden Planet crossover cries out to be done!

They just recently had a model kit of robbie the robot.

You should talk to our own Paul (PMWasson). His Laser Mego site has lotsa cool stuff for the Mego bridge. (chairs and console)
