Best paint for heads?

    Any of the gaming mini paints are awesome to use. I use the P3 and Reaper stuff 'cos it's cheaper than GW, and there's a store about three blocks from my house that sells it. (I also use a lot of Ral Partha, even though they went under about 15 years ago. That stuff keeps for a while if you're careful.) Testors Model Master acrylic is similar and works just as well but is a bit more fragile. (If you're doing metal, their silver CAN'T be beat.)

    I found some good cheapo stuff at the dollar store. (Americanna brand.) It loooks great and comes in a lot of colours (fantastic for airbrushes too) but it's VERY fragile; I've had to spray it with Testor's mat while working on things so's my digits didn't rub it off.

      same here ... but a coat of spray primer must be used first for best results

      Also a coat of matte finish over everything finishes off the job nicely
