Roto-casting works with a silicone mold fine. I do it all the time. I also could make a resin mold strong enough to withstand 60psi. Thick resin with a metal support shell can withstand a lot of pressure. The problem I think would be in part release. A bicycle pump will produce 60psi easily. I want little parts made. A vinyl straw type material heated with a heat gun, clamped in the mold and pressurized should get great results. Just because nobody is doing it doesn't mean it can't be done. The real question is, would it be worth the effort for the end result?

For part release use a good mold release. Smooth-On sells some good stuff. MicroMark sells EaseRelease in a spray can. I've used it before and it works great. Go Lonnie Go!
