Can anyone shrink a head & make me some copies

I have 2- 12" figures i want to reproduce the heads in mego size & style & then I need them painted

The original heads shouldn't get damaged, because they just need molds made with them. Then the molds get hydrospan cast in them and then that shrinks in the air over time. Then a mold of the shrunken head is made, a resin head cast, prettied up and remolded and recast as the final product. No damage to the original, but a lot of work, time, and cost.
