I'm doing a 1966 Batgirl figure in 8 inch and 12 inch and I'm having trouble cutting out the brass for their buckles.I've had other people try to do it for me and they used tin snips and they look like crap after their done.I have the brass and I can trace out the 2 sizes on it but getting someone to cut them out and have them look good is my problem.I have Rhuematoud Arthritis in my hands and they aren't much good for things like this and I don't have the right tools for it either. If anybody could cut them out for me I'll send the brass with the tracings on it to you, just pm me your address.Or if you know someone who might be able to help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone who could help and I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Cutting seems like it wouldn't work anyway. I would think a rotary tool would work best. Maybe using a diamond tip bit or something like that. I never used mine on metal like that, but I might be able to do it. I just wouldn't want to ruin your brass if it didn't work. -
I remembered a thread coming up before about belt buckles..... searched for it and found the link. Don't know if this will help or not but here you go:
