Breyer Girl head on a Mego Body?

I was wondering if it's possible to attach a Breyer Girl head (like the ones Dr. Mego carries) to the neck stem of a Mego female body. If so, are there any alterations that need to be made? I think this was discussed in the old forum, but I couldn't find the thread.

Yup...no Problem! They fit just fine! I don't remember making any alterations either.
