      Yup. I've had it happen... but then that was also before I switched to a longer bake time with 50 degrees cooler bake temp than the instructions suggest back when I still used sculpey. I think it also depends on how precisely the resin mix was blended and measured, as well as the type. I know most of my problems arose when I had to use a quick-cure.
      Occasionally another problem would pop up in that small bubbles near the surface in the resin expand and become noticeable on large areas (bald heads and masks, etc). Unless the casts are pulled from a pressure pot... which is likely not the case since air bubbles need to be filled.

      Maybe I just had really bad luck?

        Maybe, I've done more than a few resculpts over resin heads, and never had that happen. Usually what I do is pretty limited, and don't bake it long.
